Dr Bolton’s Orang Asli Trust Fund

2nd July is the birthday of Dr. Bolton, the one who introduced modern healthcare to the Orang Asli in the 1950s, and trained Orang Asli as paramedics when the Gombak Orang Asli Hospital was established in 1960. He died in 2006 at the age of 82.

But even in death his service to the Orang Asli continues by way of the Dr. Bolton Orang Asli Trust Fund set up by his sister with funds from his savings. Click on the link below for information on the Trust. Both English and Malay versions available.
